What matters most to me about Corteva’s ID&E journey is really the direction we're going. We're doing it as a team. It's not being done as one person in leadership telling us what to do.

Keith’s story

How do Corteva’s efforts to advance inclusion, diversity and equity make you feel?

It made me feel like Corteva really has the right priorities. It sees me, and I think Corteva wants me here. And wants me to be able to bring my whole self to work every day.

How can you infuse the language of diversity into job descriptions and candidate searches?

They are keywords we're just going to glue on to when we see them and putting something as simple as “looking for a diverse team that fosters diverse thought.” Just that sentence - that's all we need.

How can each of us be a better ally to our minority colleagues?

Being an ally is tough. It takes action. It can be really uncomfortable, and joining a BRG can give you tools that you need to really be a strong ally.

What matters most to you about advancing ID&E in agriculture?

What matters most to me about Corteva’s ID&E journey is really the direction we're going. We're doing it as a team. It's not being done as one person in leadership telling us what to do.

“Inclusion, Diversity and Equity. These three elements combine to create a true sense of belonging – a feeling that occurs when each person feels able to bring their full self to work, contribute to their fullest potential, and thrive.”
