- Establish baseline for our commercial relationships with smallholder and underrepresented farmers and define strategy to increase their productivity, incomes, sustainable practices, and access to technology and resources, including doubling the percentage of female smallholder farmers served, by 2030.
- Increase inclusion in our supply base to achieve 25% of global addressable spend with diverse suppliers and small businesses by 2030.
- Engage industry stakeholders to understand and address equity challenges in agriculture through data transparency and focused community outreach.
