“A growing population, by definition, is going to have more people that might be different than what you've been exposed to or experienced.”
Amanda Copas, HR Consultant
How do Corteva’s efforts to advance inclusion, diversity and equity make you feel?
Proud of the company I work for.
What matters most to you about advancing ID&E in agriculture?
What Matters Most to me is to ensure that a woman is able to walk into a room and not feel as though some folks look down upon her because she is a woman, and therefore feel as if she has to prove her worth to that room. When a woman can walk into a traditionally male-centric role and just be "a knowledgeable person" or "a farmer" – that's when we win.
