What Matters Most to me is to ensure that a woman is able to walk into a room and not feel as though some folks look down upon her because she is a woman, and therefore feel as if she has to prove her worth to that room. When a woman can walk into a traditionally male-centric role and just be "a knowledgeable person" or "a farmer" – that's when we win.
