Brandy’s story

How do Corteva’s efforts to advance inclusion, diversity and equity make you feel?

Corteva is my employer, so this effort makes me feel seen and heard in my career. It makes me feel like for the first time in my life, I work for a company that will allow me to present my whole self in every meeting I attend and invite my wife to work gatherings outside of the office.

What matters most to you about advancing ID&E in agriculture?

Specifically, in agriculture, we have a beautifully diverse group of farmers that we support – women, men, LGBTQ+ members, and the most perfectly diverse cultures around the globe. It means so much that we value each and every person from all aspects of the world, background, culture, and so much more. Corteva boasts many opportunities for all people to find a place to feel included. What Matters Most is all of us bringing our whole selves to work and offering a broad spectrum of opportunities to grow, develop, and learn from each other. There is so much to experience in the tiny worlds within each one of us and feeling like we are being included and our diversity is celebrated instead of tolerated is lifting up a veil that we placed upon ourselves and showing our full potential instead.
