Nadia’s story

How do Corteva’s efforts to advance inclusion, diversity and equity make you feel?

As an employee in a minority group seeing the number of actions that Corteva Agriscience commits to advance this ID&E journey makes me feel appreciated.

How does Corteva's ID&E journey benefit the world's growing population?

We are one of the largest global pure-play agriculture companies. When our employees can come to work with a sense of belonging, they're more likely to build more momentum in the organization, so we can make better products and solutions.

What excites you most about Corteva’s ID&E journey?

The fact that we are all working together toward this new goal. I think it's going to create such a great momentum in the organization. And it will be a great place to work for everyone.

What matters most to you about advancing ID&E in agriculture?

What matters most to me is for me to be able to bring the best version of myself to work and being able to contribute to the purpose of our organization.
