About Thistlex® Pro

Excellent control of both creeping and spear thistle
Excellent control of buttercup species, including when flowering
Translocates to the root system, giving long-term control
Livestock can resume grazing 14 days after treatment
- This interval may need extending where poisonous weeds, such as ragwort, are present
Rainfast after 4 hours
Very safe on grass

Apply to actively growing weeds that are in good health
Optimum results are achieved when thistles are 150–300 mm tall and actively growing
If thistles have reached the flowering stage, top first, then spray once regrowth reaches 150–300 mm to maximise root kill

Approved for use between 1st March and 31st July on established grassland.
- Applications made in July are restricted to once every two years.
Rate: 1.67 l/ha
Water volume: 200–400 l/ha
Applications must be made using 3-star drift reduction technology

Established grassland (over 12 months old or more than 90% ground cover)
