MDS is a leadership development programme that helps develop future leaders across the food, agriculture and fresh produce industries. As long-standing members of the MDS graduate scheme, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming many trainees into internship roles within our UK team since 2019, with several colleagues joining us permanently.
From agronomy and crop walking to marketing, taking on commercial projects, planning events and more, MDS graduates play an important role in supporting innovation in agriculture while developing their own careers.
