Margaret Hentz earned her bachelor’s degree in food science with a minor in chemistry from the University of Saint Joseph, a master’s degree in library science from the State University of New York at Albany, and a doctorate in information science from Nova Southeastern University.

 

She has done volunteer work at Corteva Agriscience’s Harvest for Hunger garden in Indianapolis to grow and harvest fresh produce for local food pantries.

 

She also enjoys delivering Meals on Wheels to clients.
