The Board of Directors of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (EID) declared regular preferred stock dividends of $1.12-1/2 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and $0.87-1/2 per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock – both payable July 25, 2022, to EID stockholders of record on July 8, 2022. EID is a wholly owned subsidiary of Corteva, Inc.
