Matt Sell, Country Partners Cooperative
After 30 years as a chemist and independent business owner, Matt Sell made a career change to agronomy sales with Country Partners Cooperative, a full-service cooperative serving farmers throughout central Nebraska.
Sell prides himself in serving farmers in the way he wanted to be treated as a business owner.
“I had my own company for 20 years. I appreciated honesty from my suppliers, and that’s how I approach working with our farmer customers,” Sell says. “If I don’t think a product will help them, I don’t recommend it.”
