As 2025 draws to a close, it’s remarkable to reflect on how far we’ve come with Corteva Catalyst™, our dedicated investment and partnership platform designed to accelerate agricultural innovation and deliver real solutions for farmers and consumers across the globe.
Since its launch, Catalyst has been more than just an investment engine. It’s become a global connector, pairing Corteva’s deep R&D expertise with the agility of startups, universities, and visionary entrepreneurs. Our mission is simple: to bring the next generation of technologies directly into the hands of those who feed the world.
2025 was a year of milestones and momentum. This year, we expanded our portfolio with new equity investments and R&D partnerships, deepening our global reach and impact. Our Catalyst network now spans North America, LATAM, EMEA, and beyond—driving innovation and collaboration that are shaping the future of food and agriculture.
We celebrated the success of partners like Pairwise, Profluent, Symbiomics, and PunaBio, each advancing breakthrough solutions in areas from gene editing to next-generation biologicals. Our collaboration with Micropep is accelerating sustainable biocontrol, while our work with Annogen is unlocking new frontiers in crop improvement. This year, we also launched a landmark joint venture with Hexagon Bio—the first ag-pharma collaboration for both companies—uniting Corteva’s Catalyst™ platform with Hexagon’s cutting-edge fungal genomics, artificial intelligence, and synthetic biology capabilities. This partnership is expanding our discovery engine and accelerating the development of nature-inspired crop protection solutions, reinforcing our commitment to deliver sustainable innovation for farmers worldwide. We also saw the power of AI in action, with new partnerships focused on boosting disease resistance and operational efficiency in the field.
We don’t just invest. We co-develop, we build joint ventures, and we create new models for partnership that maximize value for all stakeholders. Our team’s willingness to think outside the box and our “One Corteva” mindset have been key to our progress.
Every milestone reflects the dedication of our partners, the creativity of our teams, and the trust of our stakeholders. Together, we are building a more resilient, productive, and sustainable food system.
As we look ahead to 2026, our focus remains clear: keep pushing boundaries, keep building bridges, and keep delivering innovation that matters. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the Catalyst journey so far. The best is yet to come.
