Qrome® trait technology features an optimized balance of insect protection for above-and below-ground pests, improved agronomic performance, flexible weed management and proven yield potential.
Qrome® products include a unique molecular stack of proven Bt proteins and dual modes of action above-and-below ground to deliver proven defense against your biggest problem pests such as corn rootworm.

In over six years of testing and 34,000 root observations under moderate to heavy CRW pressure in efficacy trials, Qrome products have consistently delivered excellent CRW protection efficacy and average CRW injury scores significantly lower than the non-Bt check.1
A broader range of genetics has led to improved agronomic performance of Qrome products, such as plant stature, root strength, stalk strength and ear height.
Since 2017, we’ve seen a 17% improvement1 in average root strength scores across the Corn Belt.

Qrome® products consistently delivered enhanced yield performance across multiple competitive comparisons and trials, offering higher ROI for growers.

Qrome products offer options for weed management with tolerance to both glyphosate and glufosinate herbicides.
Qrome® corn offers reliable corn rootworm (CRW) protection and additional options to manage tough weeds to maximize pest protection without sacrificing high-yield potential.

Corn rootworm has long been one of the most damaging insect pests of corn, capable of causing economic levels of yield loss. Corn rootworms also have a history of adapting to and overcoming control tactics, which has increased the complexity and difficulty of successfully managing these pests, particularly in continuous corn production.
Corn rootworm is best managed on a field-by-field basis, using a diversified management approach.

1 Efficacy from multiple trials with moderate & high CRW pressure at 8 locations in 2014, 6 locations in 2015, 8 locations in 2016, 8 locations in 2017, 10 locations in 2018, 9 locations in 2019, and 15 locations in 2020.
2 Data is based on an average of 2022-2025 of all Corteva seed brand comparisons made in on-farm trials through 2/27/2026. Comparisons are against any number of products of the indicated competitor brand, unless otherwise stated. Product responses are variable and subject to a number of environmental, disease and pest pressures. Individual results may vary. Multi-year and multi-location data are a better predictor of performance. DO NOT USE THIS OR ANY OTHER DATA FROM A LIMITED NUMBER OF TRIALS AS A SIGNIFICANT FACTOR IN PRODUCT SELECTION. *Various factors, including pest pressure, reduced susceptibility, and insect resistance in some pest populations may affect efficacy of certain corn technology products in some regions. To help extend durability of these technologies, Corteva Agriscience recommends you implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices such as crop rotation, cultural and biological control tactics (including rotating sources of Bt-protected corn traits), pest scouting, and appropriate use of pest thresholds when employing management practices such as insecticide application. Qrome® products are approved for cultivation in the U.S. and Canada. They have also received approval in a number of importing countries, most recently China.
