DuPont Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend on Preferred Stock

WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 13, 2017 – On Oct. 12, 2017, DuPont’s board of directors declared regular quarterly dividends of $1.12-1/2 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and $0.87-1/2 cents per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock, both payable Jan. 25, 2018, to stockholders of record Jan. 10, 2018.
